marinade:
1 or 2 large spoonfuls of /plain/ yogurt
1t+ of Tunisian spice (recipe below)
1 clove garlic chopped
1t salt
1T olive oil
squeeze of lemon juice
cube 1 or 2 chicken breasts & marinate for 15 minutes
while chicken is marinating, make this separate garlic sauce:
1 spoonful sour cream
1 spoonful yogurt
1 or 2 cloves garlic chopped
pinch of salt
1/2t of water, just enough to thin it out a little
cook marinated chicken in pan over medium heat w/ drizzle of olive oil. 6-8 minutes per side.
serve over jasmine rice or pearled couscous w/ green onion. Drizzle garlic sauce on the chicken, and add cilantro if you have it. Roasted carrots are a good side.
Or make a wrap with naan or pita bread w/ lettuce & tomatoes, and a drizzle of the garlic sauce.
